Coastal Adrenaline Inc., the company that brought ATV tours to St Vincent and the Grenadines, has been named the Most Compliant Tour Operator for 2026.

The award was presented by the St Vincent and the Grenadines Tourism Authority at the Diamond Gala Awards, held at Sandals Resort over the weekend. It recognises the company’s compliance in safety and its outstanding customer service.

Chief Executive Officer Jerol Huggins said the award was the result of years of hard work, and he was quick to share the credit.

“First, I must thank Almighty God, my incredible team, our valued customers, and the people and Government of St Vincent and the Grenadines, particularly the SVG Tourism Authority, for this recognition,” Huggins said.

“We have always believed that our commitment to safety and excellent customer service would one day be recognised. Receiving the Most Compliant Tour Operator Award for 2026 is a proud moment for everyone at Coastal Adrenaline.”

Huggins said his background has shaped the way the company operates. He spent more than 20 years in the aviation industry, working with major airlines including American Airlines and United Airlines.

“As CEO, I place safety and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do,” he said. “With over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry… I have developed a strong understanding of safety standards and exceptional customer care.”

He added that the knowledge does not stay with him alone. “I share that knowledge with our team, who put it into practice every day to ensure our guests feel safe, welcomed, and well cared for.”

From grand opening to national recognition

Coastal Adrenaline was the first ATV tour company in St Vincent and the Grenadines. It held its grand opening on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at The Ranch in Brighton.

At the time, the company said its tours would start at Brighton and run to Rawacou, mainly along the coastline, giving locals, residents and visitors a chance to see back roads, black sand beaches and remote villages from an all-terrain vehicle.

Safety was part of the plan from the start. When it launched, the company said riders had to be at least 18 years old, physically and medically fit, and hold a valid driver’s licence. It also advised that the tours were not recommended for pregnant women or people with serious medical conditions.

Three and a half years later, that focus has earned the company a place among the country’s top tourism performers.

“This award belongs to all of us,” Huggins said. “Thank you for believing in Coastal Adrenaline and supporting our vision for outdoor adventure in SVG.”
