Kingstown (ON SVG) – The latest Covid-19 Report figures released by the the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment on Tuesday afternoon have stated that no Covid-19 test results are pending.
The new data released stated that there are now eight confirmed (8) cases of the Coronavirus in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
There has been one recovery. No Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded.
Sixty persons have been tested for Covid-19 and there are no pending results.
An earlier graphic with the Covid-19 report published on Tuesday afternoon its facebook page – SVG Health, however, stated that there were 32 pending results. That graphic was removed and replaced with one giving the same information, save and except the number of pending results.
A senior health official contacted One News SVG saying: “We are not awaiting 32 results though”.
Another official messaged One News indicating that “The Ministry of Health’s dashboard has been edited. Can you please update your recent post to reflect this? Thank you.”, suggesting that an error was made on the Ministry’s initial Covid-19 Report post on Tuesday.
The updated graphic published by the Ministry of Health Wellness and the Environment’s Facebook page – SVG Health stated that 433 persons are in quarantine.
