One day I woke up because my uncle Romal shook me out of bed . He said “bwoy, volcano erupt”. I was so tired but still ran outside to see what was happening. I saw everyone with their phones taking pictures of smoke coming over the mountain. I ran back inside and I noticed the T.V was shaking. I said to myself “he wasn’t lying”, the volcano was erupting.

I was so scared I took my phone and texted my mom. She was at work and she told me ” try to stay calm”. The volcano continued to erupt for days and I couldn’t get to go outside. Ashes were falling falling everywhere. Not because my name is Rahjé Ash, I hated the ash that came from the volcano because it had me stuck inside the house for days.

I never want to experience another natural disaster. Hurricane? NO. Tsunami? NO. Tornado? NO. Volcano? DEFINITELY NOT!!! We all know that will never happen because there is no way we can predict or stop natural disasters. What we can try to do is to prepare so that we could stay safe.
