A teenager has been rushed to the Levi Latham Health Center after he was found unresponsive on Peruvian Vale beach today (Sunday).
According to reports, the teen has been identified as Mr. J’Quan Sam, 18, of Peruvian Vale.
According to reports, he was discovered by passersby on the beach this afternoon.
