Vincentian radio personality in Barbados chosen as 2023 Crop Over Ambassador

Vincentian radio personality in Barbados – Mishka McTair has been chosen as an Ambassador for Barbados’ premier festival – Crop Over.

Most may know her as a model/former Miss SVG contestant – who won Best Talent and Miss Photogenic – Ms Lakeisha Williams.

McTair who is considered one of the leading on air personalities in Barbados works at Capital Media HD 99.3, one of Barbados’ leading radio stations.

The announcement of her appointment as a Crop Over Festival 2023 Ambassador was officially made on 6th June.

As a Crop Over Ambassador, her duties will include promoting Barbados’ National Cultural Foundation – NCF’s Crop Over events and attending press launches and media events.

Crop Over season 2023 takes place from June 1st to August 7th.

Cropover ends on Tuesday 8th August, but Kadooment ends on Monday 7th August.
