ECCB Advertising Facilities Maintenance Technician Position

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) is inviting applications for the post of Facilities Maintenance Technician (Electricals) within its Facilities Management Unit.

The successful candidate will be based in St Kitts and Nevis and will initially be engaged on a two-year contract, with the possibility of renewal or transition to a permanent role based on performance.

Applicants should possess technical certification, a diploma or an associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. A first degree in Engineering will be considered an asset.

The ECCB is seeking candidates with at least three to five years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting critical plant machinery and building services, preferably within commercial office environments.

Key responsibilities include:

Maintenance of solar and elevator systems;
Management of core campus electrical and life safety systems;
Generator maintenance;
Safety and compliance oversight; and
Other duties assigned by the Facilities Engineer and management team.
