Depending on who wins the next general elections, here’s what the ministerial portfolios could look like.
These conclusions are premised on current ministerial portfolios put in place by the incumbent Unity Labour Party Government, and the Shadow Minister portfolios of the opposition New Democratic Party, posted on their website
The perceived strengths of candidates and their professional qualifications and experiences also contribute to these conclusions.
IF THE ULP RETURNS TO POWER WITH 8 TO 11 SEATS:
Prime Minister and Minister of National Security, Grenadines Affairs, and Legal Affairs – Dr. Ralph Gonsalves
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Sustainable Development, Information Technology, and Labour – Camillo Gonsalves
Senior Cabinet Minister and Minister of Housing, Informal Human Settlements, Lands and Surveys and Physical Planning – Montgomery Daniel
Minister of Health, Wellness and the Environment – Luke Brown, or Orando Brewster
Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade, Commerce, Consumer Affairs, and Labour – Orando Brewster, or Luke Brown
Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries, and Rural Transformation – Saboto Caesar (may even be given Foreign Affairs), while James takes Agriculture
