Civilian turns over escaped prisoner to police

Orwin Small, a Campden Park resident who escaped lawful custody on Saturday 1^st May, 2021 is back in custody.

Small was turned over to the authorities by a civilian on Thursday 3^rd June, 2021 at the Questelles Police Station.

He had escaped from the Belle Isle Correctional Facility on Saturday 1^st May, 2021 while working on the Belle Isle farm. He was serving a two years sentence for burglary.

Superintendent of Prisons, Mr. Timothy Hazelwood wishes to thank the public for their co-operation and assistance during the hunt for Small.
