A delegation headed by Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves leaves the state for Republic of Cuba on Wednesday May 25, 2022.
While there, the Prime Minister will be part of the ALBA summit and also participate in a series of bilateral meetings. There will also be activities to commemorate the 30th anniversary of diplomatic ties between St Vincent and the Grenadines and Cuba.
Among the delegation is Wife of the Prime Minister Eloise Gonsalves, Minister of Education Hon. Curtis King, Permanent Secretary Angie Jackson, Cultural Ambassador Rodney Small and Security Personnel Gregory Lowman.
St Vincent and the Grenadines and Republic of Cuba established diplomatic ties on May 26, 1992.
