The first public photos of Senator Julian Francis, since it was announced he was sick, were published today (November 8) by Finance Minister Camillo Gonsalves.
In the photos, Mr. Francis could be seen seated in Cabinet Room.
In his Facebook post, Mr. Camillo Gonsalves said:
“Today’s meeting was about the complete reconstruction of the “Little Tokyo” bus terminal in 2023. So you KNOW Minister Julian Francis had to be there! This is an issue dear to his heart, and central to his role as Minister of Urban Development.
Glad to see Minister Francis getting back into the swing of things!”
On July 24, 2022, it was announced that Senator Francis had to be flown to Barbados for medical treatment. Mr. Francis who is Minister of Urban Development, Energy, Airports, Seaports, Grenadines Affairs and Local Government has since not been seen, though Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves gave intermittent reports about Mr. Francis’ recovery.

At the time he became ill, Mr. Francis was slated to roll out the clean up of capital city, Kingstown.
