NDP Young Democrats elect new executive

The youth division of the main opposition New Democratic Party – NDP called the Young Democrats has elected a new executive.

At the party’s youth convention on Sunday, November 20, 2022, Ms. Vakeesha John, an educator, was elected to serve as the President of the Young Democrats.

The Vice President is Mr. Esteban Richard Hernandez, the secretary is Ms. Kimisha Ollivierre, and the Treasurer is Ms. Alicia Lavia.

Mr. Damien Dasouza will serve as the Public Relations Officer – PRO.

The President of the NDP and leader of the opposition in Parliament – Dr. Godwin Friday congratulated the new team in a Facebook post.
