Homeless and vulnerable people in Kingstown were treated today with meals prepared for them by a popular local supermarket – Peppakorn.
In a Facebook post, the supermarket said: “As we observe Good Friday today, the #PeppaKorn family had the wonderful pleasure of distributing breakfast to the homeless in Kingstown as part of our first “Feeding the Homeless Program”.”
The Management and Staff of PeppaKorn wish you a peaceful and enjoyable day with your family and friends, the post stated.

“May the glory of our saviour strengthen everyone and may his graces shine upon you on Good Friday and always,” the post added.
In the Christian community, worldwide, Good Friday is a sacred day to mark the sacrificial death and love of Jesus Christ. In many countries, including St. Vincent and the Grenadines, it is a public holiday.
PeppaKorn was established in 2022, replacing PH Veira Supermarket (and other companies) which existed for some 80 years.
