Man charged with murder over female pastor’s death

A man has been charged with murder in the case where a female pastor was killed at her home in Diamond on April 21, 2026.

The accused, Bronson Parris, appeared before the Serious Offenses Court this morning to answer the charge. He was not allowed to plead.

No bail was allowed. He is remanded in police custody. He was handed over to the Mental Health Services for observation and evaluation.

Another court hearing will be held at a date to be announced to hear the matter. 

The deceased is Sheila Rose Claire Williams, a 60-year-old retiree and prophetess. Her body was discovered at her home in Diamond at approximately 1:15 p.m. on April 21, 2026, with injuries to her body.
