Five professionals have been appointed to lead key committees within the World Chamber of Entrepreneurs for Economic Development St Vincent and the Grenadines (WenCHAM SVG) as the organisation continues to strengthen its leadership structure following its achievement of chapterhood in February 2026.
The appointments were made during a series of meetings held between May 18 and 28 2026.
According to a WenCHAM SVG press release, the newly appointed committee chairs are Dr José Davy, Events Committee; Bradley Glasgow, Finance Committee; Dr Kimberly Palmer, Membership Relations Committee; Franz George, Outreach and Entrepreneurial Diplomacy Committee; and Candice Sealey, Public Relations and Social Media Committee.
WenCHAM SVG is the national chapter of the World Chamber of Entrepreneurs for Economic Development (WenCHAM), a global organisation focused on developing qualified entrepreneurs, fostering international entrepreneurial connections, and advancing entrepreneurial diplomacy. The organisation supports entrepreneurship, investment readiness, business development, and cross-border collaboration aimed at promoting sustainable economic development.

Dr Davy is an infectious disease specialist, healthcare entrepreneur, author and founder of Better Health Centre. She is recognised for her contributions to healthcare, public education and community development.
Glasgow is a business development and marketing professional with experience in strategic planning, commercial growth, market development, and business operations.
Dr Palmer, a Canadian-Vincentian educator, entrepreneur and researcher, is the founder of Synesthesia SVG. Her work spans education, alternative health, and innovative wellness pathways.
George serves as Principal Consultant of Lydian Stone Consulting and is the local representative of Caribbean Dragons. A Chevening Scholar, he has expertise in organisational development, leadership development, and entrepreneurship, and is known for his work in youth development and capacity building.
Sealey is the founder and Managing Director of Ignite! Marketing & PR and has extensive experience in communications, marketing, public relations, branding, media relations, and business development across the Caribbean.

Commenting on the appointments, Founding President Kimya Glasgow said the new committee structure would enhance the organisation’s ability to serve entrepreneurs and foster partnerships.
“WenCHAM is built on the belief that entrepreneurs achieve more when they are connected. These appointments strengthen our ability to support entrepreneurs, build partnerships, and create opportunities locally, regionally and internationally. WenCHAM promotes institutional collaboration over competition and seeks partnerships with organisations that support entrepreneurship and economic development,” Glasgow said.
WenCHAM was launched in 2025 by the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), a global entrepreneurship and angel investment organisation established in 2017 and an affiliated partner of the G20 Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion.
According to the WenCHAM SVG press release, the organisation comprises more than 200 members across 16 countries and continues to expand. WenCHAM SVG forms part of the Latin America and Caribbean group alongside countries including Panama and Bolivia, and has supported the development of emerging chapters in Jamaica and St Kitts and Nevis.
The SVG chapter includes members from sectors such as technology, agri-business, manufacturing, hospitality, real estate, professional services, health, wellness, beauty and the creative industries.
WenCHAM SVG welcomes established and emerging entrepreneurs, innovators and stakeholders, particularly those with scalable ideas and growth-oriented mindsets. Through the organisation’s global network, members are able to connect with entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and strategic partners across borders, creating opportunities for collaboration, market access and international engagement.
