A man was shot and killed in the community of Glen on Friday night, prompting a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The fatal shooting occurred on July 10. Reports indicate that residents heard more than a dozen gunshots shortly after 8:00 p.m.
The victim has been identified as Sandre Matthias, a 35-year-old vendor of Glen, whose body was later discovered with gunshot wounds.
The District Medical Officer pronounced him dead at the scene.
