From public transportation to the airwaves to the communities, there is a new song that has been making waves everywhere in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The song by Kenny G featuring Pudaz and Dova is called “Push ur hand in your”. It was released on November 26, 2022 on YouTube on the “Trina riddim”.
The main catchline in the song is “Baby push your hand in your pussy and push it in my mouth. Wow wow”.
The singer Kenny “Kenny G” Jno Baptiste is from the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Some believe that the acceptance of the song shows a dangerous change in the status quo in St. Vincent and the Grenadines where lewdness in music by influential artistes continues to go unchecked.
Others believe that it is creativity and that nothing is wrong with it.
Do adults have a responsibility to protect children from morally corrupt content or is the point that “they (children) can find them on YouTube for themselves and listen” taking precedence?
Where is the accountability and how do we ensure it can be held?
Those are some questions facing us today.

I believe that song should be banned. It is filthy and it is pornography in words. It is disgusting in that someone would make a song like this.
