On May 19, Graniquia (Zara) Alexander, aged 17 and Lindani Neverson aged 14, sustained 2nd and 3rd degree burns to most of their bodies as a result of the explosion.

The owner of the property – Freddy’s Gas Station suffered 1st degree burns.

The GoFundMe page says that the “students are in desperate need of specialized care at a burn centre, the closest one being at the University Hospital of Martinique”.
